Registration Information

 Registration is limited to about 140 people, plus staff. Receipt of application will be acknowledged around the middle of August.

Advance registration is required. No walk-in registrations will be accepted. The final day for registration is Wednesday, September 17. Only registrants are permitted on the grounds. Registrations will not be accepted without payment. The fee covers lodging at camp for Friday and Saturday nights, meals from Saturday breakfast through Sunday lunch, and all dances and workshops. Registration is for the entire weekend only. In general, refunds are made as follows: 100% for cancellations made by 1 Sept 2008. After that, the amount refunded is decided on an individual basis.

 Minors interested in attending camp must contact the coordinator before registering.

Recording

MDH may make audio/video recordings or take photographs of sessions during the weekend for archival or non-commercial purposes, including publicity. By submitting your application you grant consent to being in such materials.

Support Staff

To make this weekend a success, we need a number of dancers who would enjoy trading a few hours of work for reduced camp fees.  Staff support is needed in the following areas: auction, bookstore, kitchen workers, dining hall and snack assistants, button maker, sound and a medical professional.  To apply for one of these positions, contact Martha Vander Kolk before July 31, 2008.

Chores

Each camper is expected to do at least one 30-minute job during the weekend.  You will be asked to sign up for the chore of your choice at registration.
