Registration Information for Fall Camp Weekend #24
September 17 to 19, 2010

Registration is limited, so respond early!
Registrations will not be accepted without payment.
Advance registration is required. No walk-in registrations will be accepted.
The last day for registration is Wednesday, September 15, 2010.
Receipt of application will be acknowledged by the end of August.
Registration is for the entire weekend only.
Only registrants are permitted on the grounds.
Registration includes Friday and Saturday night lodging at camp, meals from Saturday breakfast through Sunday lunch, and all dances and workshops.
A 100% refund is available for cancellations made by September 1, 2010.
Minors interested in attending camp must contact coordinator Martha Vander Kolk before registering.

Payment

Please enclose payment with registration!
No late fee this year, but please register early.
$160 (a weekend of dancing, food, and lodging)
$150 (with discount for being or bringing a friend who has missed the last three years)
$105 (support staff)

Recording
MDH may make audio/video recordings or take photographs of sessions during the weekend for archival or non-commercial purposes, including publicity. By submitting your application, you grant consent to being in such materials.

Support Staff
A limited number of support staff positions are available for those who are willing to work in exchange for a discount on registration. Positions include:

bookstore worker
kitchen worker
snack assistant
auction manager
medical professional
certified lifeguard
dining hall manager
